We conduct regular surveys amongst our customers, including academic and research institutions, librarians and the corporate market. This ensures our products and services are of the highest quality and completely customer focussed.

Engagement with our customers and our authors is key to success.
Senior professionals are extremely busy people which is why we have developed a commissioning and editorial process that ensures we provide support for editors and authors.
We will be responsible for inviting, contracting and liaising with all the chapter authors to ensure they deliver their chapters on time. We will provide support to authors by means of an online manuscript submission system, ScholarOne ™, allowing them to engage with us even when the office is closed.
